On Wednesday, 6th November 2019 our two Year Five classes performed at The RADA Studios in London as part of the Schools’ Shakespeare Festival 2019. 5M performed “Hamlet” whist 5N performed “A Midsummer Night's Dream”. As the youngest groups performing on the evening, they impressed everyone with their interpretation of each play, their use of Shakespearean language and their acting prowess. The children were absolutely outstanding! Congratulations to each and every performer. Congratulations also to the Year 5 staff team for supporting the children in preparing and performing the plays.
Both Year Two classes visited Wagamama to explore the use of fruit and vegetables and to learn about cooking. The children were able to try different ingredients before making their own juices and noodles. A great time was had by all!
